US Facade is a leading curtain wall contractor specializing in high-end buildings in urban areas across the United States. We are actively seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our Senior Project Managers in the execution of complex facade projects.
This is a pivotal support role where you will bridge the gap between design, fabrication, and on-site installation. You will work under the direct guidance of experienced Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience in managing scopes such as Window Walls, Curtain Walls, Storefronts, and Metal Panels. This position offers significant autonomy in daily tasks and provides a clear pathway for career advancement in the construction and real estate development industry.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Administration:
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, direction, and coordination of project activities to ensure deadlines and cost objectives are met.
- Manage the Submittal Process: Coordinate shop drawings and sample submissions between Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Fabricators.
- Document Control: Ensure the project team has the most up-to-date structural drawings, interface drawings, and revisions.
Schedule & Financial Support:
- Assist in creating and updating Project Schedules based on client needs, factual durations, and lead times.
- Support the financial lifecycle of the project by assisting with Schedule of Values (SOV), preparing monthly requisitions (pay apps), and tracking Change Orders.
Logistics & Supply Chain:
- Coordinate Materials: Track fabrication status and coordinate the release of materials to align with the installation schedule.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate deliveries to job sites, including verifying hoist/crane access, confirming trucking arrangements, and ensuring field personnel are notified and ready to receive materials.
Site Operations & Quality Control:
- Perform routine Site Visits to monitor progress and quality.
- Field Reporting: Document site conditions, verify that work matches approved details, and generate field reports/punch lists.
- Maintain daily communication with the Site Supervisor and field personnel to ensure they have the necessary resources, drawings, and materials to work efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the office and the field to resolve technical discrepancies or RFI issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- 1–3 years of experience in Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Architecture.
- Bilingual Required: Professional proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin (Written & Verbal).
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annual salary

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timeframes and cost objectives.
In this senior-level position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, with the most typical scopes of work including Window Walls, Curtain Walls, Punched Windows, Storefronts, Point Supported Walls, Metal Panels, Railings, Louvers, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shop drawing and submittal process by working with Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Fabricators.
- Obtain up-to-date structural drawings from the General Contractor and relevant interface drawings prepared by other trades for site use.
- Establish Schedules of Values for projects, and subsequently assist with monthly requisitions, change orders, and other project accounting duties.
- Create project schedules based on clients' needs, factual durations, and lead times.
- Coordinate the release of materials for fabrication in a manner that coordinates with the project schedule.
- Provide details and sketches to the project design manager of any conditions that do not comply with approved drawings.
- Coordinate deliveries to job sites, including verifying hoist access, field personnel notification, and vendor/trucking confirmation.
- Perform routine site visits to ensure work is being performed per approved details, check in with clients, and review open items with the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will support project managers and engineers with documentation, coordination, and site-related tasks. We offer F-1 CPT sponsorship opportunities for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and reviewing project documents, including shop drawings, submittals, and structural drawings.
- Support the tracking of project schedules and timelines under the guidance of project managers.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings, taking notes and following up on key action items.
- Help coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track material orders and deliveries.
- Conduct site visits to observe progress, take photos, and assist in compiling project reports.
- Learn and use project management software and tools relevant to construction coordination.
Qualifications:
- Availability for at least 2 days per week.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
